Warranty & Support
We stand behind every PELARO bike. Our warranty covers individual components that may fail due to manufacturing defects.
Component Warranty
Every PELARO bike comes with a comprehensive component warranty. If any individual component fails due to manufacturing defects, we will replace it at no cost.
Frame
The frame is covered for defects in materials and workmanship. If the frame cracks or fails due to manufacturing defects, we will replace it with a new frame of the same model and specifications.
Drivetrain (Schaltung)
All drivetrain components including derailleurs, shifters, cassettes, and chains are covered. If any component fails due to manufacturing defects, we will replace it with an identical or equivalent component.
Wheels & Tires
Rims, hubs, spokes, and tires are covered for manufacturing defects. Damage from impacts or normal wear is not covered, but manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost.
Brakes
All brake components including brake calipers, levers, and hydraulic lines are covered for defects. If a brake component fails due to manufacturing defects, we will replace it.
Suspension (where applicable)
For bikes with suspension (like the SENDER ONE), forks and rear shocks are covered for manufacturing defects. Seals, bushings, and internal components that fail due to defects will be replaced.
Cockpit & Accessories
Handlebars, stems, seatposts, and saddles are covered for manufacturing defects. If any of these components fail or break due to defects, we will replace them.
What's Not Covered
Normal Wear & Tear
Components that wear out through normal use (brake pads, tires, chains) are not covered. These are consumables that require regular maintenance.
Impact Damage
Damage from crashes, falls, or impacts is not covered by warranty. This includes bent frames, broken wheels, or damaged components from accidents.
Improper Maintenance
Damage resulting from improper maintenance, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.
Modifications
Any damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or alterations to the bike is not covered by warranty.
